WHEN SHOULD I ORDER
We recommend contacting us at least 8 months prior to your wedding date - or sooner, it's never too early to start! Invitations should be mailed 2 months before your wedding and production typically takes about 7 weeks. We typically book up 6 months in advance. By starting the process early on, this allows for plenty of design and proofing time!
HOW MUCH DO
Much like wedding dresses, there is a broad price range when it comes to invitations. Many factors can impact the cost - like printing options, pockets, embellishments, cardstocks, etc. We cater to the discerning client who is looking for a unique, high-quality product. Our average client spends approximately $20-25+ per invitation suite for a quantity of 100. Knowing your budget ahead of time helps us put you in the right dress, so to speak ; )

We also design invitations for all celebratory occasions - Weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, Holiday Parties, Anniversary Parties, and Birthdays. We also work with other businesses and create invitations for special corporate events.
Below are the step-by-step details for the custom invitation ordering process.
1. REQUEST A QUOTE
You can submit a request for a quote on a specific design by clicking on the "inquire about this product" button on any product page. Once you fill out the inquiry form, we'll send you over a formal quote based on your quantity. Alternately, if you want to chat about a few designs first you can request a personal phone consultation on our Contact Page. During this consultation, we will discuss your event, timeline, style, requirements, and budget. This is the opportunity to get to know one another, understand the nature of your project as well as your expectations. If you have any images that you would like to use as inspiration, please share them with us! We will provide you with customized quote based on the specifications discussed.
2. 50% INITIAL PAYMENT & DESIGN CONTRACT
To place an order we collect a 50% initial payment. This payment is applied toward your order total. We will also send over our design contract for you to review and e-sign.
3. COMPLETE DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
After your order is placed, you will be auto-emailed a design questionnaire to collect your invitation wording and design preferences. Once this questionnaire is completed, your order will be put on our design schedule.
4. DESIGN & PROOFING
You will receive a PDF proof outlining every element of your invitation suite. We are happy to provide unlimited proof revisions (keeping in mind timing of course) so that it is perfectly to your liking! If any changes in design effect the price, we will communicate this to you and add it to your remaining balance due. The overall Design & Proofing timeframe varies with each client and the number of revisions requested, but typically takes about 4-8 weeks. The proofing process is the time to review all of your wording, dates, spelling, punctuation, and design choices. It is important to review your proofs very carefully, as we print directly from the approved proof file. Once you approve your final proof, changes cannot be made. Your quantity cannot be changed either, and any additional prints needed after the approved proof will be treated as a new order.
5. PAYMENT OF REMAINING BALANCE
Once you sign off on your final proof approval, we collect the remaining balance due and send your order into production.
Your order will move into production once the remaining balance is paid. Production time takes approximately 7 weeks.
7. RECEIVE YOUR INVITATIONS
Your order will be carefully packed and shipped right to your door!
